Terms of Service & Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel within two business days (48 hours) but more than one business day (24 hours) before your scheduled service, you'll be charged 50% of the service fee.

- If you cancel within one business day (24 hours) of your scheduled service, you'll be charged the full service fee.

- If you inform Sisters Cleaning Services upon arrival that we can't enter the premises, you'll be charged the full service fee.

Lock Out:

- If we can't access the premises during the One-Hour Arrival Window, we'll contact you for further instructions. We'll wait for 15 minutes before moving to our next appointment. If we still can't gain access after 15 minutes, you'll be charged the full service fee.

Our 24-Hour Guarantee:

- If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours with pictures of areas needing re-cleaning, and we'll redo it at no extra cost.

Scheduling:

- Our staff doesn't have access to their schedule or authorization to share it. Contact our office directly for any appointment modifications. Cleaners can't work overtime or perform extra tasks without prior notification from Janaina's Cleaning. Please inform us in advance for any additional services.

Employee Safety:

- For employee safety, they won't lift anything heavier than 22 lbs. Please move heavy furniture prior to cleaning to access behind it.

Damage Policy:

- If our team breaks or damages anything, they'll notify us with photos. We'll manage repairs or reimburse you. Notify us within 24 hours of any breakage. Note that certain items, like antiques or irreplaceable items, aren't covered. We aren't liable for damage to shower doors, windows, mirrors, etc., due to wear and tear or defective materials. If cleaning these items poses a risk, we reserve the right to opt out. We won't replace broken items, and you'll bear the cost of replacement.
